Lafayette (Holden Heights), Judice Inn burgers and Deano’s Pizza were my pastimes. Our first house was a “house hack”, live-in-rehab, before that term was a thing. From there we were hooked on real estate and were involved in rehabbing, repairing, fixing, flipping, renting and selling residential homes. We love real estate because it aligns with our creativity, offers flexibility in purchasing/financing and provides ongoing growth opportunities.
